Drawing inspiration from the US Marines during the Second World War who impregnated their field boots (known as #boondockers) with heavy waxes to increase durability and waterproofness, I’ve re-designed the classic Boondockers using our unique approach.
Crafted from Horween Waxed Flesh leather, our Boondockers feature a reverse side that’s finished with heavy wax, which seals and lays the nap flat for a rugged, weather-resistant finish.
To enhance the durability and robust look of our boots, we’ve added raw cord half-soles locked with the Norwegian Storm Welt construction provides superior waterproofing, ensuring your feet stay dry and comfortable in any weather condition.
